Late summer in Missouri (where I live) is pretty miserable with respect to the heat and humidity. Even as someone who loves to cook, it can be pretty hard to motivate myself to want to turn on the stove or oven and make something that involves heat. This Easy Heirloom Tomato Burrata Dip is my solution to that. It comes together in under 10 minutes, can be made ahead of time for a large group, and is so refreshing.
What if I don’t have access to fresh heirloom tomatoes?
That is totally fine! My other favorite tomatoes to use for this dip are cherry tomatoes (sungold variety are especially delightful), Campari tomatoes, or slicer tomatoes!
